All calculator functions (BMI, BMR, calorie burn, ideal weight) run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit the numbers you type into individual calculators.
When you request a free body analysis report, you choose to provide:
This data is transmitted to our report engine (Cloudflare Workers) solely to generate and email your PDF report. Your measurements are not stored in a database or linked to your identity after the report is generated. The email and report are processed transiently — we do not retain a copy of your body data on our servers.
If you use our health tracking tool, all tracking logs are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We do not have access to this data. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.
After requesting a free report, you receive a 7-day educational email series with actionable health tips based on your results. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Emails are sent via Resend, our third-party email delivery provider. Resend processes your email address to deliver these messages. Resend's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.

All third-party services are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our calculators do not use cookies. The optional health tracking tool uses localStorage to save your logs on your device — this data never leaves your browser. Google Analytics and AdSense use cookies for analytics and advertising purposes. You can manage ad preferences at Google Ad Settings.

Email addresses submitted through the free report form are retained for the duration of the 7-day email series and may be kept for future product updates. You can request deletion at any time. Body measurement data is processed transiently and is not retained after report generation. Payment records are retained by Paddle per their retention policy.
We offer downloadable health reports (PDF) as paid digital products. Payments are processed by Paddle, our third-party payment provider. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects your email address and payment information. We do not store or have access to your full payment details (credit card numbers, etc.). Paddle's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter technical issues preventing download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
