Refund Policy

Digital Products
BodyCalc Tool sells digital products (downloadable PDF health reports) delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods — where the product cannot be returned once accessed — our general policy is that all sales are final.
When We Offer Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues — You were unable to download or access your purchased report due to a technical error on our side, and we were unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- Duplicate purchase — You were charged more than once for the same product due to a processing error.
- Wrong product delivered — You received a report that does not match the product description on our pricing page.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@bodycalctool.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:
- Your order/transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized, please contact us first at support@bodycalctool.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can usually resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
